FACE |
The name FACE is an acronym for Friendly Aircraft Cabin Environment. It is a four-year project funded under the Technology Platform in the European Community (EC) 5th Framework Programme. The aim of FACE is to improve environmental comfort in the aircraft cabins and cockpits of future European turbofan aircraft. It addresses the environmental comfort parameters that depend on noise, vibration and air quality technology, and includes effects on - and from - multimedia use.
